Save money with an annual service/maintenance contract.
Visit includes:
- Coil check (for leaks and dirt), indoors and outdoors
- Freon check
- Check all electricals (includes; capacitors, relays, contactors, motors, and compressors)
- Filter replacement
- Check duct work
- Check gas lines
- Check thermostat
One unit once a year; $99.99 with 5% off of parts and 25% off of additional labor.
One unit twice a year; $69.99 per visit with 10% off of parts and 20% off of additional labor.
One unit three times a year; $39.99 for each visit with 15% off of parts and 25% off of additional labor. In addition, the Client becomes a Bibb Priority Customer and moves to the front of the line as soon as they call for service.
